At this point, if I am accepted into the realm of the Sandmen, all I can hope for is a clerical position because I can't imagine anyone trusting me with a Shablaz with my shooting scores.

/me finally joined the ranks of Elite with the minimum passing 5000.

And that's good enough for me, folks. I don't have time to chase down that blasted little dot over and over again.

I thought my "shoot-em up" PS2 inclined hubby would do better; he got frustrated at the FIRST level and started cursing at me. I kept at it and finally got high enough to input my name. But don't have time to try and make those high score lists (hehehe, Russell must have a lot of time on his hands).

Good luck to the rest of you. Hey girls, don't give up, just keep trying. I found that it isn't the horizontal level is a little more forgiving; it's the vertical position that seems to be most important. And, as stated earlier, if you miss (in the faster rounds), just let it go and line up for the next runner. It's the missed shots that count against you.

Blimey! The STS is so frustrating!! I can't get past level 4 either!

I play for a little while and then get eye boggled and frustrated, so have to give up for a while.

I really want that score of atleast 5000!!

Well...after getting very frustrated and about ready to burst I somehow passed lvl 4! I stopped focusing on the dot and just somehow magically got it without missing too much. LOL I still can't believe I made it. Good Luck and if you're still having troubles try not focusing too much, seemed to help me.

I've done it!!!!!!!!!!!! I got to level 5 and with a score of 3500 I am now Elite!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, I'm done with the high scores.

First time the game went up, I got 7650. Then they reset the scores.

The second time, I got 8000. Then they reset the scores.

I won't be playing that game any longer.... heh.

I finally got an elite score. I kinda suck at the game but at least I sent my name off to SMHQ so hopefully I'll become a sandman soon. While I'm posting, has anyone recieved anything in the mail? I know it's off topic but I was just curious.

Things are just going really slow right now. Who knows why they're doing it this way, but they do have a lot of time to fill. The movie isn't due out until next year.
