It's a big skyscraper/arcology thing dominating the Perplex City skyline. Home to apartments, restaurants, theatres, cinemas and even an arboretum.

Also where The Advisor lives and where Joya was supposed to get married to Horace Shockley on June 21st (Solstice Day).

Lastly, this Sentinel Article notes that a big anniversary party is taking place there 'soon' and that there's some sort of logistical problems with the building's systems.

http://www.ascendancypoint.com is currently rather lacking in terms of content.

Alasandro Mere is named as the Ascendancy Point Property Manager.
