Sounds a little like a nihilistic personality disorder, a la fight club, where people are being taught the pointlessness of their lives.

Or
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
like the end of Saw, where it was all supposedly a ruse to make everyone better appreciate their lives.

Okay, because of the fact that out of the seven, the carer is focusing mainly on Amanda to start, I figured I would direct questions about her. All this talk of learning lessons and such and how they were different from person to person, I asked him what specifically was Amanda's problem. I also asked if these people were aware of the reason they were there, or if it was something he expected them to figure out.

As well, I asked about Dennison, and if he was higher or lower up the food chain than the carer. The first series of questions (about Amanda) were completly evaded and this was the only answer I got.

Quote:

Mr. Dennison, bless him. I'm still pretty sure he had no idea what he
was getting into. He'll be on the run somewhere now, I would guess.
You might be lucky... if he has his laptop on him, you may be able to
reach him.

Always better to ask someone directly, isn't it?

All the best,
-the carer

At the same time I had emailed Dennison, asking him if he was a hitman or an organizer.

Quote:

Hitman... i'm sorry, i'm honestly not sure where all this is coming
from. The name 'the carer' rings a bell, i have to say. But i work
as a delivery guy, just driving a van. I don't know any more.

If someone hasn't already, you should ask Dennison where he dropped off the people, how he got them into the van ect etc. Also, he mentions in the chat log that he has the carer's phone number....Could be interesting. Though considering how people have been avoiding questions lately....

this suddenly sounds like a bit of "SE7EN" movie (the one with Morgan Freedman)..

I think it sounds very similar. Excellent movie, that. Icky murders, surprise ending, Brad Pitt getting beaten up. What more could you ask for? Wink

Ok then something is definitely not right with Helen. Frist shes says

"I'm really sorry, I haven't even had time to consider looking for the article today. Been with the police discussing stuff for most of it."

Then in an e-mail to dashcat she says

"I phoned the police this morning, actually, and told them about
the whole 'carer' thing"

I think we an all agree this a major contradiction. So one of two things seems to be happening

a) Helen is not what or who she says - but that really messes with the story

or

b) The PM's havent quite got there story straight

Id be interested to hear other peolples views on this as im relatively new to all this.

Apologies in advance to the PM's if im wrong

Why is this a contradiction? She has been discussing things with the police, and this morning she gave them a ring about the carer. That means she was with the police yesterday, etc. I can't see any contradiction there.

This is an email I received from the carer yesterday:

The Balance's wishes are summarised fairly well by its name. The
Balance wants balance. The Balance wishes for the world to be on a
level, for people to understand that they are not superior and cannot
expect to be the best all the time. It's an ideology.

#14 is a member of the Balance. I've never questioned it, but judging
by his number, I'm guessing he's quite high up.

All the best,
-the carer

--------------
So The Balance wants balance..... shocking Shocked , although I wonder why just those seven to maintain a balance? I guess they know more about the taken people than we do, and I hope we can change that.

FYI, no google hits on Firacci Sportswear, Dele Wireless Technology, or Minimalism: A Journey. I dig the graphics, though -- actual thought being put into this one!

Ok so it seems Amanda was at kyle's house or with kyle when they were taken so that would conserve some time getting to the safe house.

Looking at the source for Amandas blog i found this:
Well, well, aren't you intelligent? Shame our little Amanda wasn't, isn't it?
Shame she didn't see what she was doing to herself. Rest assured, she's in my hands now.
She'll be fine. In the end.

Whois'ing jrg-marketing brings up the following

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
JRG Marketing
JRG Marketing (infoSPLATjrg-marketing.com)
+44.01132585585
Fax: +1.1
46 West End Lane
Horsforth
Leeds, LS18 5JP
GB

This is the actual address for an actual company called Iain Denby Ltd, but it seems highly unrelated to this. As for the phone number, anyone in the UK want to give it a ring?
