Watching many, playing few ARGs. Been around since The Beast. Really excited about this one, and hoping it is not just an elaborate puzzle trail. It is nice to be involved from the start.
Oh and, by the way, anyone who wants to use a small Ohio town to start their ARG, just let me know!

Hi, I'm dashcat or dash. I'm female and I live in San Francisco. I started with Majestic and to my everlasting sorrow missed the Beast and Change Agents completely. I experienced my first ARG meltdown playing Search4Ed. The first ARG community game I played was L3 which eventually morphed into Acheron. After that came Chasing the Wish and Urban Hunt, all three were most excellent games. I started Aware but dropped out when it became a team ARG. I mostly watched The Art of the Heist but was completely entertained anyway. I mostly lurked in Rookery Tower and Avelon, two little gems in my opinion. Now I'm following The Carer, Conspiracy of B, City of Domes and Argtalk.

Oh yeah, I waited with a lot of other people for Sable & Shuck to do something. I also play Puzzle Pirates which is why I say 'aye' a lot.

Anyway, been playing Zoe (disappointed that I have to wait), had a fanstastic time with Avelon, getting kinda bored as a runner (or seeker) in Domes... playing argtalk.

In my offline time, I work, run (did my first marathon in Italy this year), work on my MBA, and go on crazy trips. (Kayaking through caves in Belize, horseback riding in Mongolia with Kazakh eagle hunters -- don't worry, they use eagles to hunt, not hunt eagles -- anyone interested in exploring caves in Belize or climbing Kili?)

I came in to ARGs with ILB but read all the archives obsessively, so I have a real love for some games I never actually played. When I'm not doing this I'm usually doing art-type things.

Heh, here goes, I'm Jeb, I'm playing this, Zoe, James, Perplex City, ARGtalk and GAST, I was playing the utterly awesome Black Awakening, umm, and have been playing ARGs since mid april... and have over 500 posts... kinda obsessive...

Elsewise, I do Maths at Warwick Uni, and in not-term-time I live at home in Reading (pronounced REDDING for all you americans that think I'm going to a book festival (d'oh)), umm, I play guitar, bass and drums (and other stuff as well), uhm, like a wide variety of alternative music, from Beastie Boys and Buck 65, through Gorillaz and Pink Floyd, through Foo Fighters and Green Day, to System of a Down and Rage Against the Machine... yeah Umm... Yeah

I have been in the background of UF since about March 04 and been active since October '04. (Yes it did take me that long to work out what was going on! Why did I delete them emails?) Got into PXC and am stil at it, I followed H3ist, have been involved with Zoe's World (Pre-Game), Neurocam and now here to see ARGtalk and The Carer unfold.

I'm flutesalad, 19, female, from Leeds in the UK where I'm working and sonn(ish) to be studying. I stumbled across unfiction one evening in November '04 after seeing the Sable and Shuck site up for an award and deciding to investigate further - since then I've been hooked, although I can only keep up with smaller, slower-paced ARGs (which made S&S perfect for me ) So far I've been involved with S&S and Unholy movie, and I tried to follow Heist at the beginning until it became clear it was on too big a scale for me to keep up with!

Very pleased to see another UK-based ARG, especially with the original leter coming from Leeds. Wish I could get down to Canterbury but looks like they're being moved so who knows where the focus will shift to next...
