Mind Candy was actually hanging out at PlayLounge when I got there, looking very pleased that their cards are printed and happily dissing the Sentinel. I asked them about the scanning issue and they told me 60dpi, so that's what I'm going with. They said that they'll post the official word on this online soon.

I'd also like to point out that you can upload scans (of any size) to the Perplex City Card Catalog and upon receipt, it will automatically resize them down to appropriate dimensions and create thumbnails.

Do we have any idea if the numbering, coloring, and suits are the same as the prototype cards?

(Thanks for the offer, GuyP, I wasn't reading properly the first time).

The cards are exactly the same as the prototypes (I now have three copies of #027 purple to prove this) except for where on the prototypes it says 'prototype card group 333' these have a silver scratch-off strip with a string of numbers and letters hidden underneath.

Just a quick update, I got to the store a bit early and then met up with the excellent guys and girls of mind candy. Brought the first pack of cards and had my photo taken. The people were really cool and it was a bit surreal, anyway I haven't got much time to post so I'll tell you lot a bit more about it at a later date. I have to say it was great fun meeting them. Oh and btw I got a silver card which they were quite surprised about. If I get a chance i'll upload it later....

Edit: I've uploaded most of the cards that don't need the pictutes to accompany it, time to go to bed Wink

There are a couple of more I can upload for tommorow, one of which is a silver (Fi told me it was worth solving sooner rather than later Smile

) If I have time I'll try and get these cards to you guys tommorrow.

I've been looking for a while but I can't find any mention of how much the cards cost. They come in packs of 6 right? Can any of the earlybird shoppers help me or anyone who's been paying attention?
