For some reason the music sounded more like Squarepusher to me. But IMDB agrees with you, and the video is more Aphex's style anyway.

Which song is it? Or was it done just for the video?

Becuase I have nothing better to do at 7:00 every night, I often find myself watching Attack of the Show on G4TV. Well, tonight wasn't a complete waste, because they reviewed the Rubber Johnny DVD! It apparently comes with a booklet with pictures and stuff, but he could'nt show it on TV. He reffered to it as "A room clearer" and suggested using the movie at parties when you want your guests to leave.

I think it's afx237 v7 from the album drukQs, but I don't feel like watching again to make sure. @_@

Chris Cunningham is a genius. Does anyone remember seeing Come To Daddy on MTV? Music video as perception-altering art... that's the 21st century for you. It blew me away. I can't say I "like" it, but I have to admit it is very effective.

Here's another little gem I found today from Boing Boing. Not nearly as bizarre and disturbing as Rubber Johnny, but a really well-done short film.

Never clicking on Addle's links again. Never ever ever ever.

And you are just now learning that. Addlepated's been posting the weird ones in Chat for years. I wait until I get reports from three or four people before I even consider clicking it.

I learned that lesson on my early days here in unfiction when she used to always so innocently drop links to scary spiders in chat. I don't know if three or four people are enough to convince me to click.

But, then of course, Addie is the master of finding links. She is without question one of the best researcher's out there.

Addle, you are one sick puppy. And I am worse off for clicking on your links. However, the alien vid is a great premise for an ARG.

I love the way it uses Quicktime's interactive capabilities.

Very creepy, though!
