I must say, my favorite sheer creepiness moment occurs when (video spoiler, and if you have any doubts about clicking on Addlepated's latest link, don't look at it)

the little girl gives the viewer an icy, accusing glare just before she drinks the teacup full of Draino.

I defy anyone to sit through that without at least an involuntary shudder.

it's also made by the guy directing the new Halo movie. Surprised
