On www.ritualistic.com, they say that this puzzle can only be solved by a true Sin fan. Maybe it's related to the Sin 1 story ?

I'm new at this but the indication would be either the management can see it plainly or it is hidden in something associated with the management.

But I can't see anything in the board of directors page, or about us

edit: having never played the original, save the demo, was there ever a part where somthing was hidden from sintek?

The building picture on the left, just under the "board director" link is a .gif
I'm sure it was a .jpg before because I downloaded it in june to see if it was stegged !
But I can't find anything with my poor skills in stegged images.

The old jpg picture was about 6 Ko, this one is about 34 Ko.

If you look at the picture above "Join Our Team" on the home page, there appears to be on the shirt of the guy who is sitting down 4 white blocks and from his point of view it is "right" and "under" his nose.

I don't know if this just a reflection of some sort on the photo. I don't remember seeing this before when I looked at all the photos but I did not keep it so cannot check whether it has changed. Also not experienced in destegging etc.

Checked my cache, pretty sure it wasn't there before

Looks like it's simply in a really tiny font.

If it's opened in photoshop that bit of text should be able tobe seperated as a layer and then made big enough to read.

ok now here we go:
ive inversed every image, even the splash.gif and found morse codes everywhere! I've put codes in the order, you would look at the site eg. first the splash code, then procellic code, then the picture of the board of directors and after this you would go to ABOUT US so then there is the building ocde and the pills code and so on... I don't know if this makes any difference though but here are the codes:
