Yeah someone needed to rule out room 14 for us. None of them fit the time when she leaves and comes back a couple minutes later cause she's scared. Theres been too much spec on room 14 before we really checked it on all the logs.

ok i have provisonally ruled out all rooms on floor 154 bar these four as these four are the only vacant rooms at 2:23am day 16 (june 9th).

name.5.3=154 07
name.5.4=154 09
name.5.9=154 14
name.5.10=154 15

BriEnigma, you've certainly got a point about unauthorised entry/suspicious activity -- I think there's a comment about dots pausing outside rooms and not entering them on the other heat sensor thread. Does that count as suspicious? I haven't actually seen any evidence of dots entering other rooms, but it's definitely a possibility.

Perplexed, if you're running the java applet with the modified names file, you should be able to see whether the dot 'belongs' in the room or not. But why did you pick Day 16 2.23am? "1 day, 15 hours, and 43 minutes" before Day 17 6.13pm is Day 16 2.30am.

because she apparently returns at 2:30, so i gave her five minutes in case she was early and if shes not there at 2:23am then it means she hasnt returned yet.

on the subject of suspicious activity: what i meant by 'dont be pedantic' was that if the advisor lives with someone, or has visitors etc, it would be much more difficult to find out which room she is, sorry if i caused offense Wink

Is there anyway someone could hack/reprogram the heat sensor .jar files into a stand-alone that doesn't require a network connection?

I can't get mine to work. After entering "theadvisor/thelimelife" I get:
