 		Yeah, why is that? I don't notice any lenticular/holographic/PRITTY COLORS on my card? What's up with that? It obviously has nothing to do with the solution to the card...

I think this can pretty much be done with guesswork:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

a - your spider's gone a bit mental. That would be caffiene then.
b - downers - mescaline.
c - uppers - benzedrine
d - by process of elimination, chloral hydrate
