[question] Stock forms and documents

Do people think it would be useful to have some generic forms and documents to give them an idea on what some things look like?

I ask, because I don't have the time/mental faculties to devote to specific games; however, I could throw up some generic forms. If nothing else it would be something that PMs could adapt to their individual games without needing to reinvent the wheel.

I'm attaching a sample of the type of forms I use at work... I use lots of different one so if anyone can think of any they would like to see, I will see what ones I can provide...
