This story describes how a think tank has predicted that children may be using drugs to enhance cognition within the next 20 years... sounds like a world we already know about Smile

 		Page 20 of today's Independent has a similar story where they predict that cognitive enhancers may become as common as coffee. I scanned the article hoping for some in game clue, but it was all oog Sad .
