Things I know about the code:

I called the phone number.
A recording answered with the following:

I just called the number Ehsan found (866.237.3690)

It was a recorded message with a date (May 15th) and letters & underscores.
This is what I wrote down.

Tried worker's deciphered text as a key, it didn't work..

Then noticed that sapagoo had a different letter, second letter is Q instead of U

Correction to worker's decryption, it should read UAV PREDATOR LAUNCHED
Which is the pass code if you click the ? on the front page.

It gives you a little video, and hidden on the page is another code for the 16th.
