Seems like the carer is #18, and #14 did the move himself.

Bought time they got that up
This is what is in the bulletins section, the only obvious info in there:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Unfortunately, we have had to say goodbye to #18 in The Balance's leadership, due to his inability to follow orders at the most critical of times. His personal website has also been shut down.

We have had to move the seven to a new location. Due to the all-access nature of this intranet, I can't disclose where the new location is. However, I did have to move the people myself, as a certain Balance member in charge refused to do so.

The new welcome packs are almost ready to mail out, as far as I can see. Anyone care to check them over? Let me know.

The seven are getting restless again. I need a way to subdue them.

All is well at the safehouse. Just thought I'd let those on the operation know.

Where'd the password come from, Nick?
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
And I guess it's safe to assume that #18's the one we know as The Carer?

Obviously leaving your password in the source is fast becoming ye Generic Evil Organisation's version of hiding the spare key under the doormat.

What's particularly comical about this one is that the password is in the page before the login page, AND on the login page itself (which you don't really see)...

It is highly likely that this does decode to something, any sort of phone number you guys can dig up out of it? Not sure of the standards in the UK (i.e. ISBN numbers, barcode numbers, etc.).

For reference (and hell, maybe someone should make an entire table of number formats from around the world, it'd be handy for those international ARGs):-
British numbers are 11 digits long. The format is a three digit area code, followed by an 8 digit phone number.
Cell phones are called mobiles and their area codes always start with '07' ( toll free number codes start with '08' and pay number codes start with '09').
ISBN numbers are exactly the same pretty much everywhere - though it was originally a British system to begin with.
I don't know anything about barcodes, though.

Umm, not necessarily true... There are numerous phone number systems now, I'll try to explain them all...
MOBILE/CELL PHONES:
(07xxx) xxxxxx (true for all mobile phones in the UK)
LANDLINES:
(01xxx) xxxxxx (for example, in Ascot, where I used to live, my number was (01344) 8XXXX9)
(01xx) xxxxxxx (for example, in Reading, where I now live, my number is (0118) 92XXXXX)
(02X) XXXXXXXX (for example, in Coventry, numbers are (024) 76 XXXXXX, London numbers and a lot of other major cities have 02x numbers)
OTHER NUMBERS:
umm, I think 09xxx is premium rate, but I'm not sure...

errr....no they aren't.
Landlines: Area codes are either 01 or 02. 01 numbers are mainland uk and can be followed by either 2 or 3 digits eg 0151 is Liverpool 01744 is St Helens. 02 numbers are London, Cardiff and Northern Ireland. They are usually followed by 2 numbers eg 0208 is a London number.
Telephone numbers following the area codes varey. If a number has a 5 digit area code the phone number is usually 6 digits though there are a lot of 5 digit ones still around. My house being one of them
If a number has a four digit area code the number is usually 7 digits long divided up as a 3 and a 4 eg 0151 422 9695
Mobile Phones: Always start 07 then the following 3 numbers signify what network that number originally belonged to eg 07843 is an o2 number.
Free phone numbers: Always 0800 and 0808. 0700 used to be free too but was recalled from use when they decided to make all mobiles begin 07.
Local Rate numbers: 0845
National Rate numbers: 0870 or 0871
Premium Rate numbers: 090

#1 rarely gets directly involved in operations. Of course #1 knew
what was going on, nobody was in any doubt over that. I suppose he
was the mastermind behind the concept, essentially. But someone else
will have been planning exactly what would be going on. There's #1,
#14, and someone else.
Interestingly, I've just heard from an anonymous contact inside The
Balance that there's something interesting recently posted on the
intranet...
All the best,
-the carer

Welcome packs were sent out on Friday evening, so they should be with all new UK members by Monday.

EDIT2: Another mail from the carer, basically he has no idea who his contact is.
