1.) players working in cooperation to solve puzzles together rather than on a competetive basis.

2.) the critical mass of players needed to solve complex puzzles

3.) phrase coined in the early days of ARG by Cloudmakers.

4.) Collective Detective.org/com. Forum developed in the early days of the ARG/Immersive Media wave.

It was also a phrase used in a book, wasn't it, and used by Laia, and then appropriated by Cloudmakers?
