That was actually part of a little teaser for Orbital Colony... the info-page on one of the bidders contained the first ever mention of the name Orbital Colony and triggered the find of www.orbitalcolony.com . Read more about it here .

I can think of no greater name for a rock than the name I gave a pet rock, fluffy. It's win-win, since even if I have to go by that handle for the game, I can roll with fluffy.
Also, I'm beginning to think that this is officially not a launch. The total lack of updates or hints that something is up for a game that should be extremely well planned makes me feel uneasy.
But collecting information of interested parties is, at least, a step closer.

Indeed, the META-pages (orbitalcolony.com) still call OC a "soon to be launched" ARG, so this is just a teaser I guess (although oribtalcolony.com is not exactly up to date on all fronts). I don't think they could have gotten away with not doing anything at ARGfest anyhow... still I hope there will be more activity soon.

I entered Aepyornis maximus just to be different. It is the name of an extinct bird species which may have given rise to the mythical roc legends.

I should've named my rock Star! *smacks forehead* That one's free if anyone wants it...
That said, it won't kill me if my name is Glam for a while

Bronco....sure enough you can...then i was like...what can one spell outta the remaining letters (GWRO)...well you get Grow...so Orbicon Grow...doubt if this is significant, but it is a bit ironic to say the least

Or, when leaving the W., which is not mentioned in most places, it just anagrams to orbicon.org

OK, Social Engineering's not easy when you don't know too much about the employees you're trying to spoof, but I set up a hotmail account in the name of Dean Illia and emailed the webmaster.
Let's see if he bites...
