now, I know the phrase says "I'm paying you back for the kindness you showed me" but is it possible that the letters on the 'tails' side of the coins might create a word?
ie, if we get each coin that was mailed with each spiral part, and put them in the order that their spiral part fits, the letters will spell something....maybe a steg password?
"keep one to pay Charon"
This implies, to me, that there will be one coin somewhere that is blank, for Arvin to keep on his person when he dies (to give to Charon, the ferryman, to take him across the river styx, right?) - and also, why is Arvin dying? I haven't seen the latest series, so if Arvin contracted a disease (hence the opening of "Methusalabs"), then I wouldn't know. Perhaps this person is coming to kill Arvin?
I could, also, be completely off-base.
Oh - and if this guy is "bad", and he is trying to kill Arvin, far be it from me to stand in his way. My only disappointment is that Syd doesn't get to kill him herself!!

The FOR is after Sloane, as evidenced in the communique that I received as part of my special mission. The FOR leader person showed much distaste for Arvin and said that they're gonna kill him. For my info, see the thread called "My Special Mission!"

Here's a filled in version of the spiral...

Omnifam lkug-pa (foolish)! What's the matter? Arvin so blind and dumb, needs his minions to see for him. No go. Too LKUG PA (foolish) to find the way marker. RoAM the mountains in your little great superpower. Arvin go back to your American Methlab and just TRY to out pace your death. I'm paying you back for the kindness you showed me. Keep one to pay Charon. You can't out pace ME.

So I was thinking, maybe the mail delivery guy was more involved than it seemed at first? This is just spec here, but what if he placed the package? I mean, who else would have easier access to the mail trolley? Don't you think that if you looked away for a second and turned back to find some new large package, presumably on the top of your trolley, you might notice it? And what if this "indentation" on his eyelid is really a tattoo (damn, that would hurt) of the <0>? If you believe strongly enough for your cause, a few bruises are nothing. Plus, an entry level job like a mail carrier might be easy for a FOR to get. Umm, assuming it's an internal mail carrier - I never considered it being a regular mailman until just now, so I suppose it could be that too.
Anyway, just a few random ideas on what might be going on.

I thought the same thing.

probably not helpful at this point, but here are the scans of my note and coin.
If we go on the assumption that PA is Pennsylvania...can LKUG be an acronym for something? I tried translating LKUG PA from many different languages into English, and got nothing.

I think the shape with the letters in it are supposed to resemble the rock that I'm looking for. Compare the shapes and shaded in parts...

Good idea, jonnahue - any idea where you're supposed to be looking? Maybe you should email Omnifam with that insight and ask about possible connections between the bombers and the stone or people you are looking for?

Because the word ROAM was the only other word in all caps, I included it in with LKUG PA, makes sense, yes? I don't have any decoding software, but the word PARK shows up in an anagram of LKUG PA ROAM:
A PARK MOGUL
A PARK LOG MU
A PARK GUL OM
A PARK LUG OM
A PARK MUG LO
A PARK GUM LO
PARK ALUM GO
PARK MAUL GO
PARK LAO MUG
PARK LAO GUM
PARK MAO GUL
PARK MAO LUG
johnahue42, do any of these make sense to you as to parks around your area? There's also Ma Rug Polka, but I don't think that's it.
Anyone able to decode a message including the word ROAM in the location?

That's definitely the rock with the H on it on that coin...does that mean that there are other rocks with an A and a P on them??? if so, where?

Maybe...
Cnote -- it's in the woods in my area. I know where it is generally but just haven't gone out to find it. It's not in a park.
Maybe the A and P are on different sides of that same rock?
