[INFO] Help with Missing/Unreceived Orbicon Emails

I know that a few people have had issues with the Oribicon mass emails not showing up. I wrote Orbicon asking them to clarify a few things and to get some pointers, and this is what I got back.

All of the emails to Name that Rock contestants are sent out using a mass email program which retrieves the email addresses from our database. If someone on the mailing list is not receiving our emails I would suggest that they try the following:

* Check your spam folder for messages from Orbicon Corporation
* Check your Deleted Items folder for messages from Orbicon Corporation
* Mark emails coming from orbiconcorp.com as "safe" or "not spam" in your email program's settings
* Email supportSPLATorbiconcorp.com to verify your contact info
* Make sure that your inbox is not full
* Contact your email service provider to find out if emails from orbiconcorp.com are being blocked

Hopefully this will help anyone who is not getting any Oribicon (or other companies) mass emails. If anyone is still having issues after all of this, please let me know and I'll see if I can get any more help for you.
