I've found someone who's already completed the puzzle, but didn't specifically ask what the answer was.
However, I did ask two good questions to see if we're even on the right track.
Edit: Just to clarify, I haven't heard back from them yet, but I'll let you know when I do.

I have tried deciphering and got efmameeas...so please, prove me wrong before i kill you
EDIT: New translation - rfmatmrrats which i read as "Our Format More Rats"

You're reading the chart incorrectly, that first char ("/") is not an E, it is either a G or a J.
Hence, it would be: GFMAMGGAS
The end kind of seems like "images" maybe Gif ?? Image gas? something?

ok, back up. It's not a G, sorry. It's not an E though, as it's in the consonant list.
