Well, I am away for a couple of weeks and look what happens.
Well if you decoded the first of puzzle it would give you quzzle. So I think that hint is finished. I think we are on the right track with the curse to bucket/hex to bin. The puzzle picture in the back ground is a gif file, don't know if thats the dutch poison or not. and the only other one that I have an Idea on at all is Patience is a virtue= Evil Machine is an anagram of Each Live Min. That could be really stupid of me, but I thought I would throw it out there. Also when it says 21 square moves, does it mean 21 moves of all the shapes, or just the ones that are squares and not rectangles?
I think once we figure out the out the timing, the position, and either bold or not, we can hex to bin, add somthing or other, and it will have to give us a word that we can type in for a web page right?
Edit: I can't believe I can't read. I see that johnahue posted that the square moves 21 times in the solution for the quzzle. So now we need a picture of the final solution with everything moved the way it's supposed to be.

Here is Patience is a virtue

Food for thought while we are all racking our brains.
Run with it.

Hm, well the image that was posted of the puzzle after 21 moves:
looks like a bucket to me - maybe that's what 'Convert the curse to a bucket' means.
i think our next step might be finding all the non-bold characters and finding the message from them, then finding the bold ones and the message from them. This would correspond with my theory that the solutions provide the passwords to the two remaining datacards.

Well if Dutch Posion translates into gif, then it sounds to me like we're looking for a .gif file. And decoding the hex will give us the name of the .gif. I tried the one that was mentioned, but it just redirected me to key.jpg.

Sure, you can add up the letters. Since the numbers you get are already in hex, 47+1D=(4x16+7)+(1x16+13)=100
100 into binary = 01100100, which translates into a d.
I added up the bold and normal numbers at each position, and converted it into binary. From the file tulipgirl posted in this topic (so the blocks are NOT in the starting position), the first line translates:
Well done. Hope you
Sounds promising, but since I'm working by hand here, this might take a while, so maybe someone else can look into it??
Please...

Thanks! I was looking for hex calculators online, to maybe make things faster/easier. I found this site: http://www.delorie.com/store/hcalc/ but I'm feel pretty stupid now, 'cause I can't figure out how to use a stupid hex calculator.
eta: Not to sound completely stupid here, but how do you convert the number into binary?!? Gawd, I feel dumb now.
etaa: Alright, I'm just completely stupid now. I found a site to do the binary conversion, but it converts right back into the number instead of a letter. I started working on the last row. 1D + 84 = 161 (if I did that right), then the binary would be 10100001, which converted right back into 161. I'm confused.
etaya: Sorry for so many edits. I think I figured it out now. The first three letters in the last row are Pal. Still working...

You've got the added hex and binary right.
Now try the site I posted above to translate it.

When I did that, I got this answer:
¡
But when I put a 0 in front and removed the trailing 1, I got:
P
Is that right?!? Or should I just use the &?

FYI - the file I attached on the previous page (a modification of an excel spreadsheet done by someone else and posted in a thread I can't find) is how the blocks are moved when the puzzle/quzzle is completely solved.
I am so glad someone got the translation to work - I could not get it at all!
