Crypto Puzzles...

So I got a few crypto puzzles that a friend of mine made, and figured that there'd be no better place than this to get some help.

So here they are:

Quote:
For the Hell of it, I decided to come up with a list of steadily more difficult crypto challenges for anyone interested inside of Amazon. (Though none are especially hard). I've come up with 4 so far and have decided to release these to the public at large. All of these are crackable by hand. They are in increasing order of difficulty (though that last two might be swapped for some people). I provided the encryption scheme to the Amazonians, but I'm not to you, because you guys shouldn't need it. (Extra credit if you can name the encryption scheme (subtypes too if possible) and provide the key.)
So I present to you the:

Thanks guys!

Re: Crypto Puzzles...

It is not very suprising then to find that the second one is a substitution cipher.

I bet the spelling errors make a password for the next one. But.... I can't be sure.

I've talked to the creator, and he says the spelling errors are infact errors. He made these when he was bored, and evidently didn't actually proof-check them.

This is correct. These are all transcription errors that I made in copying the puzzles from my notebook (in messy handwriting) to the keyboard. For that matter, a correction to Challenge 3 (I confused my written "U"s with "V"s):

Code:

GBUUN JKAIK YASPG RAJKA RNKYA KAZKQ ALLWE AHNJW BQKYP GHALP
KKLNG BUBIO MINAH JKBYN LDWBQ YNINY PGKKY NHNWP JAEAX BGZIW
DKBZY ALLNG RN

More challenges will be coming in the future. I'll be posting them in my journal and pointing them out to INCyr. If you want, I can post them here as well. I've heard good things about UnFiction, so I'm no longer worried about any of my ideas being too difficult. I do still intend to keep all algorithms simple enough that encryption and decryption can be done by hand.
