 		the image's changed....
I'm new to this entire ARG thing but I had a bit of fun with Our colony... If this turns out to be a game it's gonna rock, I can tell!!

As for the changed image. It shows a few things.. Firstly, there was never anything behind the tree on that first image, 'cause otherwise they would have put it behind the tree here as well, or somewhere around, especially since this time the tree appears to be from a different angle.
The next thing I noticed after about 30 seconds was that there's either a broken branch or something hanging from the bottom left branch of the tree... It doesn't really look like a broken branch though, seeing as it's thicker than the branch that supports it...
The fruit doesn't really appear to have a meaning at the moment, but I can't really tell what kind of fruit it is.
The main thing that mystifies me is the Black hole the tree's coming out of... A rabbit hole? maybe, but then why would the tree be coming out of it?
hmmmmm... Confused

This isn't in the flash source - it's in the name of the flash (/countdown/week-2.swf). Btw, their back-up jpg is now called "origen_tease_2_02.JPG."

 		The fruit definitely looks half-eaten.

And the hanging thing is rope for a swing.

I reckon good call for the hanging thing but I thing that the fruit just has a couple of leaves in front of it that conviniently look like bitemarks....
It seems a bit too coincidental though, doesn't it? either that or these guys knocked this out pretty quich and didn't have time to check for things like that....

 		Guys, this is probably nothing but if you've got a flatscreen try looking at it from an angle and you see there's a white line around the hole.
I'm knit picking, probably... Trying to find stuff to say but worth saying none the less!

 		sorry to post so many messages so quickly but now I see it I just want to clear something up.... The odd thing hanging on the tree is replicated in the middle of the tree. and so I looked for another one and found another, holding the two peices of fruit. Awwww! And i thought we were onto something too!

 		sorry for the double post.
if you look, what we thought were broken branches, they look like what is holding the fruit up, maybe the fruit has fallen off or been picked? maybe the two "broken branches" where there isno fruit resembles America and Europe?

Now there is one set of fruit left, which resembles Japan? and this needs to be picked?

if you open that jpg in photoshop, it has guide lines already in place... so they were put there by someone.

most people use guide lines to crop an image. if you crop it, the new size of the image is 740x400 exactly...

any guesses?


also, the "highlights" on the rabbit don't look right.

Guys!!! If you go on page info and onto the media section (i'm using firefox) then under the URL headings there's a load of unspecified stuff but the
alternate text: is "empty string".....
It might just be computer speak for something uninteresting or it could be something very interesting indeed!!! Idea
