Slightly better maps, complete with room/lift names are now at: http://perplexcitycardcatalog.com/notes/heatsensors2/
The only problem currently is that the door sprites (and a couple of corners) do not quite line up with the walls, but I think that is forgivable. Well, that, and the files are a little large.
The room/lift labels make use of some CSS DHTML stuff, so you will need a somewhat modern browser to see them.
Nice Maps!
I already posted this in the topic above, but it looks like most visit here:
Is there anyway someone could hack/reprogram the heat sensor .jar files into a stand-alone that doesn't require a network connection?
I can't get mine to work. After entering "theadvisor/thelimelife" I get:
Unable to launch Heat Sensor System

I'm confused. I've downloaded the viewer thingy (sensor.jnlp), but when I try and open it it tells me I don't have the right program... I thought that the viewer WAS the program?

You need to download the newest version of Java from Sun. Here is the place to get it

Any thoughts on what the large area in the middle of the floors is? We know that the Cognivia corporate headquarters should be on these floors somewhere (it spans from floors 140 to 160), but there don't appear to be any people in that area, and no doors into it on the floors we have access to. It could be that Cognivia is not tracked by the main building systems, or that the information was filtered out of the data before it was put on the site.

I'm thinking this is a small section of the whole building. I havent worked out the math, but it seems to me the building should be wider across. Also, every picture of the point we've seen has it perfectly conical in shape. This is no cone. So i think there must be more to the building fFloors than we are seeing here -- including the cognivia HQ.

AHA! The heat sensor logs aren't real! Sente and Co know that we have access to the AP security, and PLANTED those logs to replace the ones that the advisor left there, because otherwise we'd have seen their agent do something suspicious! THAT'S who the mysterious black man worked for! Sente and his team! WE HAVE TO KILL THEM ALL BEFORE THEY NEURALISE US! [/Absolute Truth That Is definitely NOT Paranoid Delusions]

IIRC, Tthe general theory on which room is TA's is room 14, floor 155. (That's also where I saw the twin traces in the elevator.)

I was editing to say that it was 157 but oliverkeers bet me.
I'll check to see if room 14 sticks as soon as my sensor file updates.

No, she lives on floor 157 as discussed here

I checked to see if 157 14 held any water with regards to returning at or before 4.59AM (gets to the atrium, freaks out, returns), but no dice. Either she was killed beforehand and the assassin sent false messages from her key, or it's not the right room.
Room 13 , however, returns at 4.58AM. Then my java program quit out. I'll check again to see if this one is any good.
EDIT: It quit again, but not before I discovered that room 13 is empty for the entire conversation she has with pietro. Maybe she's somewhere else on the floor? I don't have the patience for all these bugs -- if someone wants to find out who leaves floor 157 at/just after 4.41AM ("You're right. I'll go now. It's so early, nothing can happen"), they're welcome to. All the times I've tried to camp the elevators so far this evening it has quit.
Maybe the program knows I'm on to something?

Just done a little bit of digging. I'm going with the assumption that we may, or may not be able to see the advisor's heat signature. Maybe she's excluded herself from the logs?
So, people that were NOT in _their_ room at each of:
9th June 2:25
11th June 10:15
13th June 20:59
14th June 12:41
are
Room #7, #9, #19 and #27
So I'd narrow it down to that list of four. EXCEPT for one quirk. No-one lives in room #34.... So either that's genuine (it's true across all the available floors), or the advisor has simply wiped the room from the logs...?

Wow I like your room 34 theory. That would be very sneaky of the PMs. I'll have to check this out myself.
[EDIT] Ok, heres something new. When i ran the java program it found an update and downloaded it. However, this update was from www.ascendancypoint.com. It was downloading an update to the actual heat sensor program. The PMs have obviously changed something around in there.
Also, room 7 on floor 157 is very very likely to be the room the advisor is in. It fits almost all of the criteria perfectly. Feel free to check my work.
[EDIT] Room 9 also
