I know we all have gotten strange e-mails but I don't know spanish so i thought you could help.

hola mi cosita porfa disculpa, disculpa, disculpa lo q pasa es q estaba chateando con mi hertmana de uruguay y vino mi mama y eso....
pero no te enojes,te amo mucho me senti mal en darte la coratada asi como asi pero era necesario....

Something tells me that isn't the best translation. Don't know what that is, but
it's probably spam.

And for future reference if you get any more weird emails check out this thread [Analysis] Could that email or IM be a trailhead, or SPAM?
