i dont think its reversed... i think its just happens to sound like something played backwards

This is my first post on these boards, so I apologize in advance if I'm trouting myself.

I used Audacity (a freeware audio editing program) to edit the 2ndvoice.mp3 audio file and believe that I know what it's saying.
