by the way, when i say "trip" i'm referring to the physical product and the progression from stage 1 to 4.
i use the term "transport" when referring to portal access.
so.. the "transport" occurs at the end of the "trip," correct? after you have decided your chosen path, this results in a "transport"? and correct me if i'm wrong, but this is objective, so the transport is the same for everybody? but the "trip" to get to the "transport" is different for each person?

It is certainly not a structured thing with a single answer to be figured out.
incorrect.
paths are subjective, portals are objective.
fascinating.
so.. "figuring out" the trip is different for each person, correct? but the end-result is the same?

basically.
although you'd have to explain what you mean by "end-result".

yes.

no.
choosing a path -- which occurs in stage 1 -- is simply the start of the trip.

the trip is different for each person.
the portal -- the mode of access -- is the same for each person.
it's a little soon to discuss what happens after that.

you think this is some kind of Martian invention because we put a picture on the site with "design" underneath it?
actually, we derived this whole "martian" thing from a couple of different leads.
the first , and most obvious, coming directly from rk's own website, as you mentioned.
the second , an irc chat log that led to www.skepticalmind.com and the article about Hoagland.
and the third , this illuminating little tid-bit:
I'm curious to here if you have anything to say about that last one... we never did receive any kind of official comment. No need to answer, of course. I'm not sure how the hell i'd respond to that either.

the redkore website had a little run before its current incarnation. at the time, the above was the description we used when submitting the site to LookSmart.
our alien vibe was a bit more explicit back then.

also, marc..
choosing your path is subjective.. how does this apply to the content of the cards? is there more than one way to understand what is on the cards? or is understanding the cards the key to the objective portal?

you'll have them in a few hours.
just explore for a bit, then come and ask some questions....

I have a feeling that the symbols on the cards are a tool for getting to a second stage?
Or something...came to the conclusion by reading a whole lot of posts about these cards.

Three Dimensionally Ok, another spec...
We have r1n6=base sequence + patterns
the patterns show us rotation of the base sequence. We have what looks like the "alphabet" of our equation (the 5 squares with numbered sides).
We also have what looks like our "map", the card with the 12 squares and the one at the top right is empty.
Overlaying the "map" with the base sequence gives us an image that seems to show directional flow.
Removing the base sequence from the "map", and overlaying the partial key, I have aligned the key to what I think to be where it goes, notice the 2 small black boxes line up perfectly, as does the vertical line.
Now, anyone remember the movie "Contact", we are not thinking like Vegans people ! Remember the image of the Face on Mars was taken in the Cydonia region, then we learned of Cydonia (tetrahedral) equations.
Tetrahedral equations are 3 DIMENSIONAL. We are viewing all the info on the cards in 2D, we need to think 3D.

Now we're getting somewhere.
I think you're right about the 3d thing.. i had thought about it before in reference to the patterns card. I had tried to make the 5 squares on the back fit together 3-dimensionally.. but i just can't see a way to do it. I'll keep messing around with it.
Excellent images! I think you've got something with the base sequence.. now we just need to figure out how that is applied to the patterns.
