now reading the leetspeak on level 20 (ok, I'll be honest, I only read the last line cos the rest gave me a headache) gives you level 21 at:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
http://www.generalwasteoftime.0nyx.com/crowbar.htm
Now Follow the instructions in the source code:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
<!--Go back to the 1st page with the rules ~ highlight ~ mix with "reuplen">
which gives you level 22 this way:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
a jumble of letters. Anagram them into 1 word and you get level 22 located at perpendicular.htm
Level 22 asks you to name the artist now and downloads an mp3.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Revers this MP3
Speed up this mp3 by 100%
you might recognise it as "Firestarter" by Prodigy...
Thus level 23 is found at

Yeah, I wish.. it only comes in PAL
/me shakes his fist at Channel 4
being from Bolton mysel' I rather enjoy Peter Kay
Found this on Amazon though:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Episode two - country and western night. Jerry has found a cowboy, complete with horse, to appear at The Phoenix, and Brian has, against his better judgement, replaced his dodgy snooker table with a bucking bronco and a kiddies flying aeroplane ride.
dunno if that's gonna help you at all.

All I know is that it's definitly Series 2 and the 2 hints from teh picture, unfortunatly, no-one has any Scene lists for teh DVD, I don't think this is a very fair puzzle though so i think the author should update with more of a hint!

the solve for http://www.generalwasteoftime.0nyx.com/blizzard.htm is /mybigpinkparadise.htm, then /bigbrother.htm, then in the next picture there's pics of Tony Blair, Bez from The Happy Mondays, and Tom Cruise I think... and the letters COBRQGTIJFNVDMEAPS I've put it through a cesar applet but didn't come up with anything... any ideas?

yeah I did, but I didn't actually try any of them cuz I had to rush out. Damn friends in the real world
and I have absolutely no idea about the next one, except
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
in this picture we have (in no particular order); F1 Racing Cars, a cannon, cowboy boots, a guy with a wheelbarrow, a rocking horse, a boat, two dogs, thimbles. some old male dancers, and an iron... and that's about it. I can't find an obvious link, although the F1 Racing cars could have something to do with Silverstone
I haven't got my puzzle-solving brain on today

also it seems to be an awfully large picture... lots of black empty space. Anyone want to try fiddling with it?
