[OOG] Orbicon.com leads to hr.aquatica?

It looks to be totally OOG seeing as the Orbicon website is orbicon.org. It seems to be in some European language (I'm guessing Portuguese or possibly Polish).

down at the bottom of the page, there's a link to savica.net. once you get to that site, the only english word on the page is "administrator", which is a link on the left side. when you click that, it opens up a "mambo" adminstration page (also in english) where you can type a username and password to gain access. I wonder if it's a wild goose though.

wasn't .org originally intended for nonprofit organizations, and .com was used for commercial "for-profit" businesses? i know anyone can get .org now, but if it is a clue, why would Orbicon be registered as a nonprofit?

i'll take your word for it, and it does seem to be OOG anyway. Just a very weird coincidence. (one of many)
