Angie at Empty threats has gotten subpoened.

I received this email from Angie today:

Hi Pam,

Are you still thinking about coming down this weekend to hear FRETS?
Things are
really in a pickle around here right now. I'm sure you have heard about
the
Grand Jury and stuff. The boys are running around mad, Uncle Don has
almost
locked himself in the back office, and guys with suits keeping coming
and going
like we're a communter subway station. Jeesh, if you knew Sal and Marco
like I
do you wouldn't believe they could run a paper route, let alone an
illegal
organization.

I'm a little frightened myself. I've heard rumors but who hasn't heard
rumors
about any successful Italian family in Jersey. I've even been subpoened
for the
upcoming investigation which makes me very nervous. Uncle Don offered
to pay
all my legal fees but I think it's just to make sure he can keep tabs
on what I
say. But really, I don't have anything to say. I only work at the
restaurant. I
think the investigation is really centering on the construction and the
garbage
collection businesses.

Things here at Empty Threats will continue to cook like normal. We're
open for
business our usual hours. Look forward to seeing you soon.
