Oh, excellent! An arg that has me interested!

I can't help but feel it is very ILB-esque, what with the poetic text, conversations and strange page designs/images...

Noticed something in the code, though. It could just be nothing, but maybe it is worth investigating.

Quote:
<!--
function MM_reloadPage(init) { //reloads the window if Nav4 resized
if (init==true) with (navigator) {if ((appName=="Netscape")&&(parseInt(appVersion)==4)) {
document.MM_pgW=innerWidth; document.MM_pgH=innerHeight; onresize=MM_reloadPage; }}
else if (innerWidth!=document.MM_pgW || innerHeight!=document.MM_pgH) location.reload();
}
MM_reloadPage(true);
//-->

It looks to be just a script for if the browser being used is Netscape Navigator to resize the page, but it might turn up something. Anybody with Navigator seen anything unusual?

These friggin numbers on the key are driving me nuts. I have no idea what they're supposed to do. I tried typing them in at the end of the URL to see if it would open a new site, but nothing happened. This is truly a puzzle.

Also, I feel kind of stupid for this, but I tried calling the Chronosis Labs number to see if someone would answer, even though it's a 555 number. Not surprisingly, no connection occured. But this Chronosis Labs is another tricky element. I can't find it in any search engine, and there's no chronosislabs.com either.

imo, that might just be a hack for NV4 to get around the CSS positioning problems that browser has

but i could be wrong Wink

My point exactly...

I take it, though, that we got the Icarus page from the silhouette in the background? The story of Icarus flying too close to the sun with his wings of wax and falling to his death. What interests me is what Icarus has to do with the Freemasons. The freemasons have always been linked to popular conspiracies and the "new world order", and usually if they turn up somewhere it's a place worth a look.

I can't turn up anything on the both of them, though. Nothing of interest, at least.

EDIT: Did a search for Chronosis and didn't turn up anything but something called "Ochronosis", which is pretty much just a medical term. However, thinking about it, "Chrono" has a lot to do with time (Chronobiology, Chronometer), which would explain the final part of the "Falling In Time" address (Icarus is falling). Icarus is in the Chronosis Labs? A project called Icarus is not going very well, possibly?

On lie.htm:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

It's harder and harder to get anyone to listen. I guess the legend doesn't have the effect that it use to. I wonder why? I mean, hell, I'm still in love with it. It's amazing... I still can't believe it happened to me at all. But to the others... maybe... are they losing their will to fight?

Perhaps I need something, some sort of pick me up to get my friends rolling back on track. But what? We're on vacation...

Maybe I should let it go.

So, I'm going to turn into the community whiner, and point out the grammer mistakes. It should be
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
doesn't have the effect it used to
, and
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
some sort of pick-me-up
, with the hyphens.

You don't know, it could be intentional.

EDIT: Shortened post.

But does it look like a code? Or unintentional? Meh, I'm gonig to let that rest.

BTW, the 404 page is kinda neat. Just type in anything. communitywhiner.htm will do.

No, it doesn't look like a code... but it DOES look like a persons journal, or like something rushed and quickly put away.

And there was something on ILB that worked in the exact same way. It was even used as another area to give clues and information.

Forgive me if I sound like I'm nitpicking, but the symbol in the background of the "Believe" page is actually associated with the Illuminati, not the Freemasons.

I never said the freemasons were the illuminati. I said they were linked to the Illuminati in popular culture. Razz

Two things.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):

6,56,92,104 doesn't ping
6.58.105.117 doesn't ping. All packets lost. Dead end.

And 12.114.197.221 (just a hunch, the two above added together) did ping, but it is behind a firewall somewhere in NJ.
[/spoiler]
