 		The most evident word i've find in the past days is "locate". See it started third letter from left, from bottom to top.

 		The "mu"s could be used to spell out "mu-nin", and if fact there is a N-I-N- nearby in the bottom right corner near the omega. Perhaps the end of the message - a signature?

The term "letter cube" used by mu_nin is notably used in the word-finding game of "Boggle", where you make words from adjacent letters. Clue?

There are a couple of places where adjacent letters spell "THE", so this avenue seems the most promising. Still, I haven't been able to find any long message, the jumping from letter to letter seems so arbitrary, I was expecting to find a more restrictive "rule".

Mu-nin also mentioned an "address", to meet at, I was expecting this puzzle to resolve into a URL, although there's no obvious HTTP or SLASH.

Other potential hints are the "malt shop", "neutral territory", " Ra", "guidepost", and "vanity project".
