This may or may not be the proper place to post about it, but I was reading the wiki, and it lists that Matt's blackout of the cell (chatter, bwa ha ha) system killed two people. However, the main article (and my personal knowledge of the game) only knows of hikerd00d. Is there another, or was there a wiki mistake?

The wiki has Shiner as being alive, but listening to his voicemail, that seems really unlikely. First the agent is angry with him for not getting up for some audition or something, then as the day goes on, the agent says he's sending the police over to break into Shiner's apartment, because he "hasn't heard from him in a week" and the "neighbors are complaining about the smell"...those statements just scream "HEY HE'S DEAD."

Although we don't know any details yet.

Also, glad to find this one, folks Smile

I haven't been into an ARG since CTW, and this looks good so far. A poker-based ARG, finally something up my alley!

fish00k might BE trey. He seems to know very well exactly who and how it happened. The kind of thing you'd only know if you were on the phone with the guy when it happened.

In flatline Trey is on the phone talking to someone named "Abe", at least that is what I am hearing. The Matt/Tony call might be about something else.

I thought Trey was the one who flatlined the phones, too...then I read the wiki and looked at the info again. Now I see that Mat (wtf616) was the one who killed the service.

It's Matt calling Trey...the voices on the cell phones (Matt calling Trey and Matt calling Tony) are the same.

Plus, when the players were in the room with the dealer and hikerd00d, hikerd00d said that someone with the nick name "wtf616" flatlined the phones. Since "wtf616" is Matt, then Matt killed the sevice. And that's why he was calling Tony...for help.

I spent a few days thinking that Trey was the one who took down the service...so I had to really go back and look at everything again.

Does that make sense?

Oh...and I tried to hear the "abe" you were talking about...but I think it's just the buzzing from the wire-tap.

But why would Matt be on the recording side of an audio tape in Trey's profile? And how can Matt call Tony on the day afterwards (which is the same day hikerd00d couldn't get 911) if he removed his own cell account along with everyone elses? Maybe you guys are right, consider fish00k says it was wtf616, but it still doesn't make sense to me to be set up that way.
