Spoiler (Rollover to View):
the quatrain also mentions that "the trickster" will seed the mind... so we know it's talking about FRVADE... then the "here" part... just hints at looking where frvade lives. check info.htm. he's going to the Uni. of Chicago.

 		Did that 'First Wave' show have anything to do with it?

I noticed that the last two lines were direct quotes from 'fake quatrains' attributed to Nostradamus from some crappy Canadian Sci-Fi show in the late 90s. Frvade claimed he wrote it all though.

Oh well, hopefully 38 will be more solving and less typing in random crap until something actually works.

 		You know, these cheat sites are very misleading.

Level 35: You were all on about Black and White the game, Chess, etc.

Level 37: You were all about Divine Comedy, Dante's Inferno, etc.

You're making this too hard. It is now obvious that the only way to do well is to get the answer your self or among small groups!

the "sharp tower" is referring to the Eiffel tower in Paris. The "trickster is referring to Frvade, who is going to the Un. of Chicago.

If by "these cheat sites" you mean this forum, you're completely wrong. Nobody is cheating anything here. These forums are dedicated to ARGs and puzzle solving so people come here to discuss any kind of puzzle and any hints and/or answers given are behind clear spoiler warnings so anybody who doesn't want his fun spoiled should not look behind them. If someone does and is misled by what's behind the spoiler, I think it's nobody's fault but his...

By cheat sites I mean sites that give away all the answers. This site has all of the answers. I don't support answer-giving. Hints are ok, but if the person really did figure it out by themself, then why do they need to have the answer posted here? They can go put it in to see if it is correct. Am I wrong?

And I'm saying comming here doesn't appear to be as helpful as solving it in smaller groups of well-informed people or by yourself. Sites like these tend to be misleading. I'm making an observation.

I don't think it is fair to Frvade to GIVE OUT the answers. Hints, ok, but I just don't think answers are fair. Regardless of if they are behind spoiler covers.

 		The main theme of the hint is from the quatrain, which would be the "here". Which is france as that's where Nostradamus wrote them. The hint in quatrain is the seventh dawn saying that it's seven time zones away, where the trickster is (FRVade) in Chicago
