Something is going on... I am not getting a 403 error any longer (Even on Firefox) but I noticed that the image (Or the small ammount that poked out of) behind the CMH "Screen" was showing something of what looked like an older illustration of a coke bottle... and it didn't look distorted like the images usually are. I did a screen cap... or, thought I did, but this damn keyboard has an "F Lock" and when it is on the F keys work and the Print Screen key acts instead as an Insert rather than Print Screen... I forgot I had it on and closed the page down.

DM Cries

Trying to duplicate it but only getting the usual bee image...

EDIT: Okay, were there ever 2 images/1 combined image behind the CMH of buildings? I don't think there were... but I could be wrong since there was that update for the ARGFest that I didn't keep up with since I couldn't go...

I just realised the coke thing was probably one of the pictures of the operatives, but this... is weird.

EDIT 2: And now it starts coming up with the 403 again? WTH...

Curse you people, for crushing my hopes! My heart stopped when I saw the thread title. *Sigh*. Ah well, I can always dream. *Cue sad Tigger music*

This is quite odd seeing this. I got an E-mail at 8:30pm tonight. At first I thought Spam, but the Title was Busy as a bee so I read it. Text is as follows:

From: "Julianne" <keele.randyklzh@gmail.com>
To: <Dolar@**.com>
Sent: Friday, October 07, 2005 8:30 PM
Subject: As busy as a bee

> Good evening
> Charity covers a multitude of sinsNever speak ill of the dead
> He who hesitates is lost.
>

Is this just wishful thinking?

EDIT: I replied but the mail came back as undeliverable, user no longer exists. Were it spam there would have been a website right?

Not necessarily. It could have been a fishing expedition to see if the mail bounced or not. Unless everyone suddenly gets that message in their email accounts, I'd write it off as spam.

Let's change the topic to ILB - False Alarm to avoid getting peoples' hopes up.

I've actually heard that the people behind ILB are really busy these days.. they got addicted to gambling or something, not sure.. but they definetly don't have time for another ILB.. for sure.. I promise.

OMG! I knew you were Evil Ehsan. I just knew it!

Poor Phae. In love with a man who likes the color pink way too much. At least you take really nice pictures.

Alright, I don't know if it is related, but if not, it is a pretty big coincidence.

I recieved an email on Oct 7, at 7:49 PM. The reason that this made me thing of it is that I tried to reply to it, and see why they sent it to me, and the message wouldn't go through. Here it is:

---
From: Paulette <salter>

To: Me
Date: Oct 7, 2005 7:49 PM
Subject: Take care of the pennies and the pounds will take care of themselves

Good evening

When I turned myself over to God, i took my life out the hands of an idiotOnce in a blue moonThe best advice is found on the pillow
---

Now, I was never actively involved in ILoveBees, but I watched it the whole time. The question is, though, if this is from them, why did they email me? I think my email, and the other, is related though. Both open with good evening, both contain religious messages, both had similar style messages, and both couldn't be replied to. Suspicious, if nothing else.

Trust me - there is absolutely nothing going on with I Love Bees. As Ehsan said, the people who were behind I Love Bees are really, really, really busy nowadays.

The email you got is classic fishing spam. You can check out the Spam/Trailhead? thead to see that this sort of thing is very common. I can't imagine (even if the PMs weren't busy) that they would randomly send out vague emails to people who, by their own admission, weren't totally active during the game the first time. I'm not trying to diminish your lurking status (I have lurked in many a game), but I would have to believe that if anything were to happen with ILB starting back up that both more people would be alerted and that a large percentage of them would have been vocal players the first time around.
