BIG SPEC:

it happened because the hat is cursed.

Because it is the Evil Hat of Bad, Bad Bloodthirsty Dictators.

It passes along History, from a dictator to another. Don't know how or why it fell into Victor's possession, but it's been sported before by tyrants, dictators and oppressors of all kind for decades, maybe centuries.

 		this is just spec, but maybe corazon is actually huesain(or however you spell his name) Corazon Sadam/ Corazonsadam/ core is zones a dam/ cora zones alarm. some body named cora will set off a zone alarm!! Shocked Embarassed im sorry...
