[Puzzle] The 10-2 pocket pair from tournament on Wednesday

The dealer twice mentioned this pocket pair. Someone suggested that the 10 -2 stand for JB. Possible Janet Brown or Johnny? Maybe johnny2
Juandos? Who knows?

The 10-2 hand is actually called a Doyle Brunson for the Poker great who won two World Series Bracelets with a 10 and 2 hand.

I checked Doyle Brunson is a user though

Indeed, I believe this could be significant... hopefully we can bring it up come next opportunity.

Amongst the other possibilities this could mean;

Konamouse (between her rants of asking about Johnny Very Happy ) brought up that it may be some sort of police code.

It could also be an alternative name of JEB Stuart (omitting the middle name to form JB Stuart).

/end spec

MILITARY ACRONYMS

Military Police Codes

10-2 is "Ambulance urgently needed"

10-2 could actually be J duece (J2) not Jb, So actually, Johnny Dueces, Which we already found, didn't we?
Just a thought

Nice try, but at least half the references were to the hand named Doyle Brunsun which is definitely the 10-2 (although AQ off used to be called the Doyle, almost no one uses that after he picked up a pair of World Series with that hand in the 70s).

mark it solved.

Yes. I think this should be marked solved. I also think we missed finding Johnny Deuces card during the Wednesday game with the Dealer.

Good to know that when we miss something we can find it later.

Also good to know that important game information is revealed during the tournament.

I don't quite understand... Johnny's only file is William's speakerphone at his apartment - when he is going up to his party. That is dated Oct. 14; and William made the invitation the same day. The tournament was two days before then. Was Johnny supposed to have some other file on Wednesday; and if he was - why did they remove it?

I think that if the Doyle Brunson thing was supposed to lead to something, maybe it wasn't Johnny?

I disagree.
Kona's post would indicate otherwise.

hmmm

I didn't see that post before. I remember being in chat during the tournament. I must have missed the part where Kona told everyone she tried johnnydeuces and it didn't work. We did talk a bit about what it could mean. I guess I didn't hear her part of the discussion about it. Sad

So if the clue wasn't for his card? What was it about.

Poker Glossary

Lucky aslo mentioned:
Under the Gun
The position to the left of the big blind which acts first before board cards are dealt.

It is also interesting to note:
Colt 45
4 and 5 of spades
