WARNING: SEASON 1 SPOILER STUFF Well there's also some other new stuff...but most of it is gone now.
https://www.thehansofoundation.org takes you to a different page showing a domain name. That domain name now takes you to ipodnews.com which doesn't really have anything too out of the ordinary. Apparently, it use to have some flash animations and morse code.
There's now also http://thedharmainitiative.org and it has a login page (haven't looked into it too much yet). I don't know if that's fan or real.

I did.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
It's the Dharma logo from another station, because it isn't the swan! Maybe it's where the polar bears came from.

according to the site itself, "iPod News is automagically updated by our very own robotic crew every 30 minutes, rain, shine or rust." And judging from the time stamps on the articles, this appears to be the case, give or take. However, the page header says it is updated every 108 minutes.

So what, bigspaceship1 was just a teaser for an Ipod site?
Well, Atomic Media fonts are being used for this site as you can see here
After the "automagically updating" stuff there's more:
>>If you want to feed the robots, or conversely, stop feeding them, please talk to the robots.<<
Talking to the robots -> robotsSPLAT ipodnews.com
What is all this...funny Lost references or something more?

bigspaceship1.com updates every 108 minutes, as discussed over here which would mean it should of changed already to a different redirect site... hm... strange. I can't see how bigspaceship1 has gone from the Rodent Revolution (pirate radio) to iPod (pay or get arrested)... kinda doesnt make sense

Song: Old sounding recording of Peter Cottontail (easter song). It also seems to have 1 or 2 other sounds super-imposed on it. One sounds like one of the Chipmunks saying "Iiiii love it", and the other one sounds like some type of radio communication.

Edit: The chipmunk like sound actually says:

attention all rodents

????????? aint human
??????????? positive motivation
attention all rodents

Someone on lost-forum.com apparently found a string of numbers:
12 2 7 12 18 18 14 1 8 4 18 12 6 14 14 9 5 20 1 12 18 5 8 21 4 2 2 7 8 9 17 14 20 8 12 9 19 19 5 8 18 14 8 12 4 12 16 5 12 17 17 14 19 18 21 8 6 14 19 7 17 14 1 6 12 18 4 5 19 5 12 19 4 18
There was something called "The Rodent Revolution", which was a Numbers Station operating on 6950kHz AM. Go here to read about it. From that page, I don't know if it's a real "government" numbers station or its something else. Anyway, it appears that these things might be copies of that.

Concerning the Dharma Initiative homepage:
What do any of you know about md5 hash passwords? If you look up the source on http://www.thedharmainitiative.com/login.html there is a reference to a md5.js file (http://www.thedharmainitiative.com/md5.js), as well as hash strings for user/pass (I assume) (4ce8eb77952dcf34505de7e04fd68fc7 and 732d9dda7f79c827c4453bda8f2d441a).
I'm no expert on any of this, but maybe one of you is.

Well basically it looks like there are two possible login/password choices to use. One that generates 4ce8... and another that generates 732d... Since it uses the login and password in the url-passed variables, it must check them via some php script. So unfortunately it looks like we'll have to figure them out.
