looks like jackalope noticed Laughing

I wonder. It's the 13th where I am, but isn't Orkid in... I can't remember where she's from...

Edit: Welcome HyperBorea! Don't stop posting! Very Happy

She's supposed to be in Austin, Texas. Being from Florida, I can safely tell you that it is the 12th where I am, so it must be where she claims to be from.

I don't know if this has any relevance, but October 13, 2013 (the books are reunited in 2013) is on a Sunday. Perhaps the October 13th reference is talking about a future date.

Was it only last night I remarked that we might get a few days to spin our wheels? And that Moongazer despaired that there were only a few of us still following events? That was FIVE PAGES ago. Seems the idea of a meeting in the Real World has brought some of our lurkers out of hiding... (welcome, Hyperborea and others!) I do think we need a new thread for the arrangements regarding Sunday, or else this one is going to balloon out of control with all the speculation...

Law of Five

EDIT: New thread added: [13books][INTERACTION][LIVE EVENT]

Hi, all. The real world is still pulling me away, but I'n trying to keep up.
Nothinmg to contribute on the new information, but I thought I'd remind everyone about using the #13books chat room for speculation. It would keep our page count down, in the forums.
And, speaking selfishly here, I'll be able to follow the proceedings easier.
Just go here:
http://www.unfiction.com/chat/
Change "lurker" to your preferred Nickname
Enter "#13books" in the channel box.
Click the green arrow.

Ah but chat does not keep an ongoing record for reference?

I keep logs. Not sure about others. Why? Did you not want logs?

Personally, I don't mind all of the pages in the forum boards. It is nice to be able to read through and catch up at any given time.

Besot.
It is a good way to churn through the ideas and come to agreement on finds/red herrings. The relevant information is then, usually, posted to the forum in it's distilled form.

I have no problem doing that while I'm at home Rogi, but here at work Chat programs other than instant messages are generally considered a good way to get fired. So that's a no go for me.

No, it's open to anyone.

You only need to enter "13Books", not "#13Books" in the channel box.

If you have mIRC (or a similar IRC client) just point it towards irc.chat-solutions.org:6667

Try it again. There was a "problem" in chat that might have locked you out.
