Yes, certainly the number was luck and the omega thing is worked around it. I doubt it will get past the status of being a reference, because that would be ingenious, I guess. I mean, we have to assume that Molly signed up with the rough concept in mind and then only found this little "easteregg" as a bonus.

I wonder what "3 into 27" means. The original sequence of numbers - which seems incomplete judging the use of the slashes - went from 3 to 27. Not sure if that's all there is to it.

Please don't tell me this is about weird numberology...I loved the mapwork, it was very interesting, but crazy stuff about numbers...and the people are numbers, too...that's way too confusing...

I just continued the sequence by multiplying the subsequent values presented by 9.
Molly appears to have given us 3*9=27
So I extrapolated that:
14*9=126
56*9=504
43*9=387

I could be totally off base with this and don't see what having that pattern gives us, but it seemed like the logical progression given her input.

I ran Molly's original string through the ATT Integer Sequences utility
http://www.research.att.com/~njas/sequences/
and it came up with no matches.

Regarding Molly's family name.
Robert N Lazar was an electronics engineer and his wife, Carol, was an electronics technician. I could find no references to any children, however.
Lazar did live in Los Alamos, Los Angeles and Reno and claimed to have worked in Area 51.

The connection about Robert Lazar is interesting, especially because he lived in all those places - except Australia - Molly mentions.
