Breakfast of Champions

I'm a member of a newsletter for the band AFI, and today I got a weird message. It just had a link to this site which contains a picture of what looks to be a menu from a vegan restaurant (Davey Havok, AFI's lead singer, is a vegan) and a bill. There are also some coordinates and a phone number which leads to a voicemail. I'm not quite sure what to do with the coordinates, but I figure our collective puzzle-solving genius can get something out of them.

edit: The coordinates are for a location outside of Petaluma, CA. Not sure exactly where yet.

Ok, I think the coordinates are, for sure, for the Phoenix Theater in Petaluma, CA. here's some history on it. It all fits together because AFI played at the Phoenix, and their song "Days of the Phoenix" is about playing at the Theater. Other than that, I haven't figured anything else out.

It looks like print-through from the other side of the paper. Here's an enchanced version:

"Additional parties available<somethingorother>." Almost certainly not significant.
