If the hat does make it to this side of the Atlantic, I'd also be willing and able to show it the touristy delights of, erm, Coventry and Birmingham. And yes, I do realise this isn't much of an incentive...

I have a business trip to Asia coming up and I have vacation scheduled in December back home in HK.

If I can get the hat by Nov. 14th, I can take it to Manila, Phillipines, Hong Kong, and likely Shanghai.

Otherwise, if I can get the hat by Dec. 17th, I can take it to Hong Kong.

OK, I can host for the DC leg of the tour and will commit to pay to forward as fast as possible after the live event. Put me in tough with whoever will have it - can send to my office where there is always someone to sign for UPS/Fedex.

Here is the official Hat World Tour Thread.

Please do not post requests to host the hat. I'm trying to coordinate best I can to get the hat around the world and back to Los Angeles in time for the Nov Tombstone Poker event. After that, it can criss cross around the United States.

I'm sorry, there is only one hat and so many places that it would be impossible to get to everyone even if it was going through overnight express every single day. It sounded like Vic wanted the hat to get outside the states and this allows our international friends to get a taste of real swag/interaction. By starting in the SF & DC live events, more folks get a picture opportunity before it goes international. Imagine the stories it will tell. PM me for firm committments (both international & domestic) and I'll try to work it out best I can. No guarentees (sorry) - just trying to be realistic and as fair as possible.

put up pictures of just the hat with a plain background at different angles and let those with photoshop play with the hat and let it travel even further.
