 		Considering the two videos and one picture are all Colossi from the game - specifically the second (the huge quadraped), the third (massive tall biped) and the fish one (which is the 8th, I believe).

Anyhow, the game IS fantastic. It's both a fantastic experience and also has an excellent story, really well linked into Ico.

Oh, and it's Shadow of the Colossus.

I hope the "ARG" gets the game more sales, games that are this beautiful and don't involve beating the shit outta someone (aka The Warriors, GTA) are due to be a huge hit.

EDIT: Guess I should read the thread before posting Wink It's odd though, this arg is undeniably about the game (they're the same as the game's concept art, and very similar to ingame graphics).

 		Agreed that the 'Giants' are similar in appearance to the Colossi in the game, but I'm still not entirely convinced. 'Shadow' isn't set in the real world, it's set in a similar world to 'Ico'. Unless we're saying that the idea behind the campaign is that the Colossi in Shadow were killed on earth thousands of years ago, and were left to rot where they lie, only being revealed in the modern day by undersea exploration, tsunami, global warming, etc.

Just trying to make sense of it all,

 		A couple questions/comments.


TaurusMajor.com and ArkadySimkin.pl's find are the same thing correct? They are both the giant from Siberia? TaurusMajor is just commenting?

Arkady is, as we know, from Australlia. Australlian phone number/somewhat address.

We're thinking that DiveTheDeep and the Siberia Ice Giant are related? What about the one by the Tsunami?

Any help to me would be nice, as this is my first ARG.

Yes, both findings are the same. Like Arkady said, ArkadySimkin.pl is his personal site where he shares infos on his current projects, his thoughts on the projects. Whereas TaurusMajor.com is more like an official report of the discovery.

DiveTheDeepScuba discovered a giant bone something. Giant. Siberia Ice Giant. Giant. The tsunami video is about a tsunami Giant. See the connection? And that's where colossus comes in. Giant.

A newbie myself. Hope this helps.

No, Arkady is Russian (Arkady = giant in Siberia). Ed is Australian (Ed = underwater creature). Ed has an Australian phone number and web address (but a Philippine street address).

I believe he's considered "sponsored" because he has a google ad in his page...

Not sure though, just thinking out loud...

Didn't think of that, this is only the second viral-marketing-ARG-thing I've encountered. The first one being a fully sponsored viral marketing campaign made to create hype about an otherwise under-promoted card game, but wait, isn't this about the same? Trying to follow along, it seems this is a promotion for SotC...

Second thing you said, well, not at all, I think that's someone external trying to make it look IG.

Again though, this is the first real ARG I've taken interest in...

 		On arkady's site there is one image that has not been used on the entire site.

I added it here.

I think that it has a good link to the one in the philipines???

I am also wondering why there would be an animated dutch flag in that folder.

EDIT: The equipment that the diver is using is the same as the ones in the philipines. Maybe someone can do a comparison on the face?
EDIT2: another technicality: why is this russian person hosting a polish site?
EDIT3: The dutch flag mentioned is the same as the one on casper Shillings site.

 		I did see that picture, as for the flag...coincidence? I searched for animated dutch flag on google web and found the same one. Can you state the First edit a little more clearly? Maybe I'm just not understanding.
