So it looks like we're supposed to submit a picture or video showing the power of Hex168 working, and it looks like the top 360 submissions (or people, since you can use groups of 6-30 people) will get an xbox 360 6 days before everyone else. If anyone else sees anything other than that it'd be great to know Smile. Oh and anyone in the seattle area that would want to colaberate on this, contact me.

if you don't feel like weeding through all the storyline, just go to the official rules section, and it spells it all out for ya.

Anybody in the dc metro area interested in working together on it, let me know.

The end of the beginning

Okay, so.

I went to the theater (see my previous post) at 3:00. There was no event or occurrence there, but the theater was open, so I went in and started asking about the slogan on their sign. The guy at the counter was helpful but had no information. I explained to him about the Hex168-ness, so he got on his manager on his walkie-talkie and asked her.

She said that the guy who had them put that up was promoting some kind of screening. I pressed for more details; what kind of screening? A screening for some kind of video game, she thinks. Alright, so, when? She looked it up...and didn't have a date. But she did say it probably was not in October, probably in November.

Apparently, the masterminds behind this campaign have very smartly controlled access to information.

It should be noted that the theater in question does have a digital projection screen and they do actually rent the place out for groups to play video games on the big screen from time to time.

So, that's the update.

Make your decisions accordingly.

ps. Now that I've been to the hex168..com site and read through the new material, I'm not sure it makes my Scooby-ing a little moot, but I wrote it so I'm gonna post it. So there. Smile

pps. theBruce - LOVE your ilovebees write-up. Please ,please, please, keep the summaries coming. I derailed from the storyline for a few weeks because I had to move across the country, and your write ups are doing me a world of good catching up on the subtleties of what went on during that time.
