Headaches have come up a couple of times...

Don McPherson's son Davey (DJ, David) went to the Doctor for them March 29, 2996.

Johnny Deuces brother gave Johnny a headache. October 20, 2005...

Any other references to headaches I am missing?

We missed the references to "Father" on Franz Mueller... what else are we missing now?

to answer the first question you are missing pacos headache when he got it and we got clues.

For the second part we need to see exactly what clues we have not used yet and figure that out.

So far i believe its the flash about chicago and the Strauss clues that have not been used to solve yet. If we figure that out we can find what its purpose is also the poker game has not been used for anything just let us know about a banker.
