Wow, my package to Ego took two weeks!
Thank you to those of you who have traded with me. This is an awesome group of people.
For some reason, I still don't have the Atlanta & KC chips I have been expecting (so I haven't been able to send out the set to Nadif in Brazil yet). I have envelopes waiting to send to Canada & NZ (I plan to do all the international stuff at the same time). So please be patient with me.
Happy Holidays!
I sent my chips. I dont know why they havent arrived

I'm still looking for an ATL chip! I am willing to trade a SF chip for it...
Daveman?
Anyone?
Buehler?
If not, that's cool... apparently the ATL chips are the least quantity for trading, as it appears that most people that need chips are ATL needers.
PM me your addy if you can trade, and I'll jump on that so fast you can't say "asgtasghsdvuZXvzubvWUBAWGWEAOAJIJDIJSISJIDJSIJDIAJD" and your package will be in your grubby little hands. (really, try saying it. it's fun.)

To everyone from whom I have received chips:
Rose, who always comes through for me
Urthstripe, who writes lovely poetry
Clayfoot, whose videos are good to fair
Thajinx, organizer extraordinaire
Konamouse, with a bonus chip
Shad0, for being a pip
JackBurt0n, better late than never
EGo, best packaging ever (see)
Dorkmaster, Fedex got it over here
Phaedra, yours arrived in the new year
I, and mysterious others, thank you.

Rather than go through the ten pages of this thread to figure out who to send PMs to, I am making you (and you know who you are) do the work. So.
If anyone is still desirous of a San Francisco chip, please let me know via EMAIL .

I have a bunch of LA and DC that I am dying to get rid of. I don't want anything in return. Who needs 'em? Who wants 'em?
PM me.

gah, i'm such a slack-ass, my DC chips to Ego FINALLY went out today
we have a ton of DC chips left, but i think everyone has them already (right?)
the only one we need now is LA (we were fortunate enough to get the ever-elusive KC chip)

mailing poker chips A gentle bit of advice for how to mail those chips, if people are still sending them out. We had this discussion in chat, but here are my suggestions:
1) You don't need those thick padded envelopes if you encase the chip(s) inside a greeting card or between two index cards. Additional padding can be provided by wrapping a chip in a tissue, then taping that to something stiff.
2) You *must* anchor the chips in place, preferably to keep them in the center of the envelope. Multiple chips especially should be fixed in a single layer. Keep the chip away from the stamp area as well as the bottom edge of the envelope.
3) Enclose a greeting with your UF screen name. This won't make it arrive any more safely, but it's nice to know whom to thank (for those of us with short term memory loss and/or no idea who you are in real life).
Bottom line: shake your envelope to test it. If the chips can move anywhere near an edge, it will probably get caught in the automated machinery of the postal system, tear the envelope, and fall out.

I would love a chip or two from the live events....I had great fun with this ARG and still frequent the tables (Dr. Curlytek) for a good, clean and most importantly fun game of poker. I am in Australia, which makes it a tad more difficult, but if anyone wants to go to international lengths then I would be very thankful.

I still have plenty of LA chips and have been more than willing to send them around (Nadif - did you get your pack yet???).
PM me your address and eventually you'll get a present.

Does anyone have a spare KC chip (Art Deco) they'd be willing to part with?
