So far no one has mentioned the Cameraman that (supposedly) went with her since Sunday, the day after JD's death. We know someone went with Tracie, but so far, Dale has not mentioned it, not has an "unidentifed" body been found.?

Where are you getting this from, Magesteff? I recall no such thing. In fact, I remember (from his email to Tracie) that Dale specifically said "no cameras".

If you can point me to a reference, I'd be more open to your version of events.

Thanks,

Dia

My mistake, upon rereading the original message forun here:

http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=13069&highlight=channel+8+tracie+meeting#13069

She told the cameraman, he didn't go with her.
Darn, darn, darn.... got any socks that need darning? I'm in the mood to darn.

Thanks for clearing that up, Magesteff!

P.S. I just cleaned out my closet and threw out a bunch of old socks!

GRAND JURY'S REPORT SEALED BY FEDERAL MAGISTRATE - July 31, 2003

Followers of the local Marzano Enterprises Grand Jury investigation were disappointed
today as the Federal Magistrate Judge presiding over the Grand Jury in Burlington,
New Jersey received the report from the Grand Jury and immediately ordered it sealed.
A brief prepared statement issued by the Magistrate's office cited legal statute
18 U.S.C. § 3333(d) as a basis for the ruling, raising concerns for prejudicing future
legal proceedings. Additionally, the brief statement mentioned possible complications
due to ethical and legal considerations of posthumous declarations and legal proceedings.

Attorneys for Don Marzano, whose businesses were the focus of the Grand Jury investigation
have scheduled a Press Conference for tomorrow, Friday, August 1st at 3:00PM at the
Empty Threats Restaurant and Night Club in Hackensack, NJ, a family owned business.
Mr. Marzano is expected to discuss his appearance before the Grand Jury and the sealing
of the Grand Jury's report. Under the rules of Federal Grand Juries, Mr. Marzano
is only allowed to address what he said in his appearance before the Grand Jury,
not the overall proceedings. Although the findings are sealed, individual participants
will have been notified if indictments are being returned against them, so Don Marzano
is expected to address that as well.

Marzano Press Conference

MARZANO PRESS CONFERENCE HELD - August 2, 2003

Don Marzano, the owner of Marzano Enterprises and the subject of the recently concluded Grand Jury investigation in Burlington, New Jersey held a Press Conference yesterday, Friday, August 1st, at the Empty Threats Restaurant in Hackensack, New Jersey. Surrounded by his lawyers and family members, Mr. Marzano read a prepared statement first than addressed questions from the reporters present. Subjects covered included the re-development of the Aglaura Public Library by a Marzano owned business, The Sons of Don Construction company, and the sealing of the findings issued by the Grand Jury by the presiding Federal Magistrate. In his statement, Don Marzano claimed that the Grand Jury found him and his businesses as a whole completely innocent of any wrongdoings. He acknowledged, however, that the Grand Jury's findings did implicate his recently deceased son, Salvatore Marzano, and an unnamed member of the Aglaura governmental body. He denied any knowledge of his son's activities and promised to cooperate fully with any additional investigation. His lawyers prevented him from naming the "unnamed" Aglaura official.
Don Marzano also promised to help find his son's murderer, saying, "Despite anything he may have done, he was still my flesh and blood." Don Marzano's wife was overcome with emotion at this point and had to be led away from the Press Conference by another of her sons, Marco.

OMG! He's going to pin it on Sal and JD!
SPEC more solid at this point:
Don Marzano is using the seal of solomon (the one shaped like the maltese cross) to deflect any imprisonment

THE AGLAURA PUBLIC LIBRARY PRESENTS MARS DAY, AUGUST 27, 2003

Have you ever dreamed about traveling to the planet Mars, hitching a ride aboard one of NASA's Mars Exploration Rovers? Even wishing probably won't make that come true. Now, your dream can come true, when you visit the Aglaura Public Library on Mars Day, Wednesday, August 27, 2003.

On August 27, 2003, Mars will be within 34,646,418 miles of Earth. This will be the closest that Mars has come to our planet in over 60,000 years, affording us some of the best viewing opportunities since Neanderthals looked skyward. To celebrate this once-in-a-lifetime event, the Aglaura Public Library is having a very special event, all day long.

Starting at noon and running every hour until midnight, the Aglaura Public Library will present Mars at its Best, a live discussion about the planet's approach. Everyone can participate and learn about the ongoing missions studying Mars and the latest launches scheduled to reach the planet at the end of 2003 from our visiting experts. The Aglaura Public Library will then set up their telescopes and video monitors on the Library's lawns beginning at dusk. The Aglaura Public Library has even secured a "Noble One" 13-foot-long, 16-inch telescope for an even closer view of the planet. Thanks to a local NJ business for lending it to us for the night.

This astronomical event could be the most dramatic and spectacular Mars apparition you or any of your ancestors will ever see. The Red Planet has progressively been getting closer to Earth with each passing night. By late August, the reddish point of light in our night sky will appear more than six times larger and shine some 85 times brighter than normal.

On August 28, Mars will be at "opposition," the moment when the Sun, Earth, and Mars will form a straight line. Mars comes to opposition about every 26 months. But because of the elliptical orbits of Earth and Mars, this one will be superior. When it arrives at opposition, Mars will be very near its closest point to the Sun, called perihelion. Such perihelic oppositions themselves are somewhat rare, occurring every 15 to 17 years. (Though Mars' opposition comes on August 28, it will be closest to Earth on August 27.) At the close approach, the Red Planet will be brighter than Jupiter and all the stars in the night sky, outshone only by Venus and the Moon.

The event, including the telescope viewing is free to the public.

We hope to see you there.
Agatha Dobbs
Librarian
Aglaura Public Library, Aglaura NJ

Would this be too early to be endgame?

I wonder if the DEG's are susceptible to West Nile Virus. That could change the balance of power rather quickly. Twisted Evil

I think Del Doyle has been heard from far too little in the game, and keep waiting for him to become prominent. Not that I was expecting mosquitos...

Power still on in Aglaura!

AGLAURA POWER DIMS BUT STAYS ON - August 15, 2003

Aglaura luckily avoided being impacted by the massive power outages in the Northeastern United States yesterday afternoon as the town's electricity supply dipped temporarily but stayed on. Mayor Pat Dobbs, speaking at an impromptu press conference yesterday evening, said. "We were lucky. Not too far away entire communities have lost their power. But I'm pretty confident that we should be in the clear now."
The extraordinary power outages affected isolated areas in Northern and Central New Jersey but most of Burlington County remained unaffected. Officials are still at a loss to explain the unusual situation.

I wonder if this is why TP started talking in ellipses?....
