Shopping List

I've added a Shopping List section to the Wiki, so that we don't all show up without anyone having remembered to bring, say, a radio. Please add anything you think might be useful. (This goes for the people who have been at other Graveyard Games as well -- you'll know better than we will what you found most useful, or what you really wish you had thought to bring.)

And I think a trip to Corazon's altar is a wonderful idea. I can't wait until Friday.

(btw, I am cool with -not- seeing the movie. I would so rather hang out and SEE people, I was just kinda jumping into the fray to see how people were feeling)

(why am I using parens?)

(I don't know!)

( Jetpack )

I was actually asking about the movie because of some prior commitments, just so everyone knows, but they've been cleared up. Suggestion retracted unless someone else was already planning on seeing it; I'll be there either way.

ETA: Change in afterparty locale?
avantgame.blogspot.com wrote:
Afterwards, you're invited to nearby Sharky's Mexican Grill (map and directions to 1716 N Cahuenga Blvd) to raise a glass to the players you're leaving underground at Hollywood Forever.

This was posted Monday, so it's more recent than the instructions up on the LCP server. Apparently the location has been changed in previous weeks as well, so I'm assuming this is the new spot to go.

ETA: Change of locale confirmed, as Lucy's was not large enough to accomodate the apparent turnout. Smile

As a local with prior, but somewhat flexible plans, I'll have to put myself down as a strong maybe.

Roscoe's is hard to say no to under any circumstances though.

Chip trading

Taking a cue from Phaedra, I've added another section to the Wiki: one where people who want L.A. poker chips can sign up, and indicate what other chips, if any, they'd be willing to trade.

(Only 1635 minutes to go!)

Hey, I know this is 11th hour, but how do people feel about moving Roscoe's from Saturday to Sunday?

I am getting worried, with the popularity of Roscoe's and our party size that we're not going to get everyone sat and fed in time for the graveyard games, pending traffic issues and such. It might be more relaxing to set that 'event' for Sunday morning.

Agree? Disagree?

That way, we can all fend for ourselves, and not regret stuffing ourselves with chicken and waffles and greens and biscuits as we strrrrrrrretch to the nearest tombstone ...

I don't know how Jsailor will react. But I very much agree with you Krystyn, and there's a IHOP near where we're meeting for OC Carpool. Smile

I don't care where I eat... I'm following everyone else around like a lost puupy dog.

Unless you are arriving at 11:07 am on Saturday. In which case, bring the leash, because I'm ready to follow!
