[META] Anywhere else playing this game?

I would definitely call this META-appropriate, but I'm newer here (in time anyway) than you, so take it for what it's worth.

As far as wondering if this is playing anywhere else, I would check the ARGn bar at the top. I've looked around a little bit at a couple other sites and haven't seen Vaporlofts as a "Currently Playing" game. I know Imersion Unlimited is another ARG site but I know very little about it.

As far as puzzles and what not goes, I just don't have much motivation at this point. I know that sounds like I'm quitting. I'm not. It's just that many of the puzzles we've cracked haven't served much of a purpose. They just give us more info about the Gateway and The Other. If solving one of the puzzles is necessary to move on in the game, the PMs should be dropping more hints for its solve. (a la Whore.gif) Therefore, I'm not going to bang my head against the wall for a solve that will just tell me why there are four gateway locations AGAIN or decipher some happy haiku of the dead. If I get a lead that a puzzle is worth solving, I will pour my energies into it.

I feel like there's not a whole lot I can DO right now. We've tried to keep Anne away from Vapor, she goes anyway. I got a Text Message from this rogue Vapor agent a few weeks ago, but that lead is now cold. I don't really know what else to do. So I'm waiting for some update that will get me fired up again.

I am not playing this game, but typically, other than potentially random "others" that may have come across the site in one form or another (usually a small handful of people, unless there was mainstream advertising for the game) the only other place that I know of that plays ARGs in a group setting like UNF is Immersion Unlimited. I don't know if they're following it or not though.

(So in other words, I'm a whole big help to you. But really, they're usually the only other organized gaming force playing anything ARG.
