 		Shad0 used a 5x5 grid. I think the solution is this grid:

Where P is 11, R is 13, S is 14, and T is 15.

 		It looks like the dollar bill WAS a clue. The leading 3 was a hint to start the square in the third row.

what about the extra number though??
