I think it was specc'd in IRC that it may have had something to do with the fact that something went wonky with the Monster tables?

I think Leftbrained noticed that one of the Monster rooms threw an error, and then after that no new Monster rooms were being created as needed. Over the past several hours, the Monster rooms have dwindled, and the Gallows rooms have taken their place - same NL constraints and all.
